Born in Upper Gatineau, the Artist has been a long-time resident of the Outaouais; that beautiful area, where she raised her very effervescent family of three brilliant and dynamic children.  Same beautiful region she remembers forever day-dreaming of  highlighting on canvas with her brushes.

In the mid 90s, she enrolled in intensive training programs, to develop her art skills, using various drawing methods and transferring oils to canvas, while entertaining her special interest in eventual teaching and coaching.

Since 1995, the Artist takes part in seminars, conferences, art-shows, etc. throughout the Ottawa Valley.   The public welcomes her and the demand for her work is solidly created.

In 2000, she started attending big shows, such as AutomnArt, in Montreal, supported and accompanied by great Canadian artist, Paul Tex Lecor, who proudly chaired event as invited artist and Honorary President, during three consecutive three‑day  fundraisers for la Maison Jean Lapointe; a rehab center for drug and alcohol abuse victims.  Littorio Del Signore replaced Tex for an additional Automnart extravaganza, as Honorary President, which the Artist also actively participated in.  Many more events have been on the Artist’s agenda since 2000, including painting on the street in historical Vieux Montréal,  organized by le Musée Marc‑Aurèle‑Fortin , with Baie‑St‑Paul famous artist and Master, Bruno Côté, as Chair of event.

Great adventurer, in search for sound advice, she traveled the picturesque county of Charlevoix, where she gained recognition by great art personalities and critics, such as Juan Cristobal,  Jacques Morissette, and many others of Baie‑St‑Paul; Canada’s art capital.

The Artist’s teaching career began in 2006, with classes of about a dozen aspiring artists, developing drawing techniques, and applying and blending oil on canvas.

During summer of 2007, she actively participated in the setting up and opening of new and charming art gallery in Montebello, named À l’amont du temps, owned and operated by well known, popular Gatineau artist and business man, Mario Minguez.  Much of her work is on display in the Gallery.

In addition to her current activities,  the Artist finds time to support the Centre artisanal pour la déficience intellectuelle de l'Outaouais (CADO), on Board of directors, organizing fundraisers in the form of art shows,  In fact, she responsibly directs management strategies of Images on Canvas and Autumn Colours in Gatineau.

Welcome to her virtual gallery.  No doubt, you will be pleased to view her constantly evolving work, supporting many subjects.  Very obviously, the Artist takes great pleasure composing spectacular winter scenes.  She may be easily reached by phone or e-mail.
